DOT Refresher (8-Hours)

The DOT refresher course helps maintain competencies learned in 49 CFR and must be taken every 3 years.

HAZWOPER Refresher (8-hours)

The HAZWOPER refresher course recertifies and maintains competencies learned in the HAZWOPER 24-Hour or 40-Hour courses and must be taken annually.

  • Thursday, July 31, 2025 – 8 AM to 5 PM
  • FREE but pre-registration required

RCRA Refresher

The RCRA training course helps maintain competencies learned in RCRA standards regarding hazardous waste and used oil found in 40 CFR Parts 260 through 268, 273, and 279.  EPA requires annual refresher RCRA training for hazardous waste facility personnel.

  • To be provided during the Conference Technical Sessions
  • FREE, pre-registration is NOT required
  • Presented by CUHMMC Board

Lab Packer 101 (4-hours)

Have you thought about packing waste on your own and possibly save your budget for the "unexpected"?  New to your role and want to learn more of what your vendors' thought processes are?  Come learn some of the ins and outs from "seasoned professionals".

  • Sunday, 7/27 (1-4PM) - $150 per person.

  • Registration required (no limit on #)

Advanced Lab Packer (4-hours)

Taken the 101 course and are ready for a more in-depth study of "self packing"?  Possibly you are a seasoned waste professional and need a refresher on lab packing.  This short course is designed as a follow-up to the Labpacker 101 course from Sunday.

  • Wednesday, 7/30 (1-4PM) - $150 per person.

  • Registration required (no limit on #).
